1. Reservation and Check-In:
1.1. Reservations can be made through our official website, authorized travel agents, or by contacting our front desk.
1.2. Guests reserving our hotel accommodations must be a minimum of 18 years old to complete the check-in process. If guests are parents, they are welcome to bring their children without age restrictions. However, additional charges may apply for children. Furthermore, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID.
1.3. Check-in time is 24×7, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment:
2.1. Payment for your stay is due upon check-in. We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment methods.
3. Room Policies:
3.1. Room rates are subject to government taxes and service charges as applicable.
3.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. A cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated.

5.1. Hotel City Residency is not responsible for any loss of valuables left unattended in rooms or common areas.
5.2. In-room safes are provided for securing your valuable items. Please use them for your peace of mind.
6. Liability:
6.1. Hotel City Residency is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur on hotel property.
6.2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and we recommend using the in-room safes for securing valuables.
7. Food and Beverage:
7.1. The hotel’s restaurant and bar facilities are subject to specific operating hours. Please check with the front desk for details.
8. Dispute Resolution:
8.1. Any disputes or concerns should be brought to the attention of the hotel management for resolution.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
