1. Cancellation Periods:
- If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
- If you cancel your reservation between 7 and 15 days before your scheduled check-in date, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining 70% will be refunded.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for any refund, and you will be required to pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
2. Modification Policy:
- If you need to modify your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that any changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in date may be subject to additional charges.
3. No-Show Policy:
- In the event of a no-show (failure to check in without prior cancellation), you will be charged for the entire stay, and no refund will be provided.
